- Starting in July 2024, we will gradually migrate team and site subscriptions to the new version of Paperpile. This means:
- For team subscriptions: Administrators will see subscription, billing, and user information in the new app. To learn more, see the article Teams and organizations explained on our new help pages.
- For site subscriptions: Once your account is migrated, we will send you more information on how to access the new admin dashboard. We have already contacted you earlier and will use the updated contacts you have sent us.
- All users will see the new Paperpile when they go to paperpile.com (the legacy app will still be available; see timeline).
- Some of your users may have already opted in earlier. If not, they will receive an email with all the information about the new version and the transition phase.
- We will migrate all users of a team or site subscription at the same time.
- Starting mid-July, administrators of team subscriptions can migrate their subscription themselves. In the new app, go to Settings > Billing and click Switch account now (not available for site subscriptions and any other custom subscriptions).
